Who runs this guide

What this site collects
Nothing that identifies you. This site has no accounts, sign-ups, comment or contact forms, address lookup, analytics, advertising or tracking pixels. Its pages, styles and fonts are static files. It runs no application server, database or logs of its own, and it never asks for your name, email address or street address.
Services that receive information
Like any website, a few services receive the information your browser sends with every request (network address, requested page, time, and browser and device details) so they can deliver what you asked for:
- Cloudflare hosts these pages and uses request information to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare may also ask your browser to report failed network connections to it. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
- After Citizens United evidence cards. When a race card loads, your browser requests it from
aftercitizensunited.com. This site tells browsers not to send the address of the page you were reading. The cards run no scripts and set no cookies. See the After Citizens United privacy policy. - Cookie banner. The banner script is delivered by jsDelivr. Its configuration and your saved choice are handled by the project’s Probo service at
probo.asktq.org. When you make a choice, Probo receives a random visitor identifier, the banner version, your choice and categories, the time, and limited reports about the cookies and browser storage the page uses. The cookie policy lists what the banner stores.
Links to official election offices, the FEC and other sources open separate websites with their own privacy policies.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. The cookie banner stores your choice so it does not ask again. The cookie policy has the details.
Retention
This site keeps no visitor records. Cloudflare and After Citizens United keep request information under their own policies. Your banner choice stays in your browser for the period set in the banner, or until you clear site data. Undelivered banner reports are discarded after no more than 30 days.
No selling or advertising
We do not sell or share personal information, build advertising profiles or track you across other websites.
Public records are different from reader data
This guide shows official political-disclosure records, which can name people and organizations that have never visited the site. To ask about a record or how it is presented, use the After Citizens United contact form. A correction changes how a record is interpreted or matched, not the official filing.
